I recommend using another form of transportation if possible. The seats are terribly uncomfortable. Your tickets can be canceled at the last second. You won't receive any assistance to rebook your trip at a much higher price, like bait-and-switch. The train will sit still on the tracks for 5 hours, and Noone will provide updates. You'll find out the trip is being canceled and you will have to get off at the next station, and stand in a mile-long line... Fly or drive.

Compared to many other apps. Here I can always find connections, fair prices, last minute rides. A lovely staff. Most important. you can pay easily. it doesn't send you to different sites, doesn't offer the ride and then to tell you there is no space and the worst when you can't pay after every step taken. So for that I think it beats the online services of SNCB, SBB, OBB and DB. I can't ant speak of the others. I haven't used them lately...

Just a terrible app. Constant mistakes with arrival times that are long known before. Also loves to tell you a train is cancelled/trip is not possible, even though there are no issues with it at all. Customer support is fast, but terribly bland. When I almost missed a train (from berlin to Amsterdam) because the app had a wrong departure time shown (12 min later than it actually was) the support called this "unfortunate". No NS, this is not unfortunate but simply incompetent. 1 ⭐
